Andrea Lynn is, in our opinion and without a doubt, the ultimate Real Estate Agent. During our entire home selling process, she was completely pro-active in the effort, from preparing for the sale to offering assistance in staging the home for presentation.
When it became time for us to put our home on the market, we engaged Andrea as our Real Estate Agent. Our references stemmed from working very closely together on the Spinnaker Cove Board of Directors for many years. In that position, she exhibited the utmost in integrity and knowledge of current real estate issues. Our observations were well founded as Andrea was an excellent fit for our needs, and provided outstanding counsel to us, which countered our lack of knowledge.
Andrea said that she would research all recent sales and offers at Spinnaker Cove and similar properties so that we would have the background to set the most beneficial listing price. She also advised us how to stage the house by discussing and showing what areas needed attention to make the home more attractive. Andrea in formed us as to what knick-knacks need to be removed, how to set up the china cabinet and other personal effects that would enhance the presentation. She surveyed every room and advised what to rearrange or remove to allow for a greater perception of roominess.
While we were working to stage the unit to meet her recommendations, Andrea contacted us daily to offer any help she could provide. She was constantly expressing her interest in helping us complete the staging process.
When the staging was complete, we discussed the pricing data discovered during her research. After great advice, we were able to set a very comfortable price. She scheduled the dates for the Brokers Tour and an Open House.
Andrea then videotaped the unit and placed a very professional “Virtual Tour” on her web site. The virtual tour displayed the unit in the most beautiful manner possible.
Andrea scheduled the Broker’s Tour and subsequent Open House in such a way that minimized disruption in our very busy lives.
With the Broker’s Tour complete, Andrea was able to advise her colleagues of the availability of the unit. The day after the Broker’s Tour, we received an offer of $5,500.00 over the asking price and it met all logistical requirements of our impending move.
Andrea proceeded with all requirements of the sale and worked diligently for a 30 day close. Her efforts were commendable. Closing was accomplished within the requested time with no exceptions to the property.
Andrea’s dedication to her profession is only one area of her unique personality. She is very personable and outgoing with a sense of humor that, we feel, would put any client at ease while working with her. Andrea has demonstrated integrity and professionalism above reproach. Anybody would do well to engage Andrea as his or her agent. We cannot thank her enough for all of the assistance she provided during the sale of our home.
